At the bottom left corner is the &#8220;ease of access&#8221; blue button but it does nothing. When I select the &#8220;other user&#8221; I&#8217;m prompted for a username and password. I&#8217;ve tried everything I can imagine but it says something like &#8220;This domain either does not exist or the username or password is incorrect&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>What domain?<\/p>\n<p>This problem started over two months ago and I cannot get past it. I have used NT Offline to try to clear the pw but it won&#8217;t boot from the DVD drive. I tried a Vista disk, same issue. Won&#8217;t boot from the drive.<\/p>\n<p>HELP!<\/p>\n<p>Forgot to mention:<br \/>\nF8 shows me all the boot options but regardless of the option I select I am directed to the same &#8220;Other User&#8221; account login.<\/p>\n<p>Control Alt Delete does not work in the &#8220;Other User&#8221; screen. I&#8217;ve held them down for over a minute, tapped repeatedly, everything I can think to try.<\/p>\n<p>Cannot boot from a cd or DVD. I&#8217;m taken to &#8220;Other User&#8221; login screen.<\/p>\n<p>If I leave both username and password blank, an error pops up saying I must fill in a username.
