Today it started moving backwards. All the motions are inverted (up goes down, left goes right, etc). I’ve unplugged it, restarted, put it in a different USB spot, checked mouse settings on control panel, uninstalled the driver and reinstalled (didn’t have a CD with it so is probably a default driver). I don’t have a flat screen monitor so there is no monitor twisting settings.

I can’t pinpoint anything that caused the change. This is the computer that I allow the 4yr old to play with and he has discovered some odd ‘handicap’ settings on occasion. But he wasn’t working with it much today.

Oh hey, I can plug in other USB (light but not wireless) mouse and it works normally. So it seems to be the mouse itself. It is a Logitech M305.

Is it just dead, or is there something to be done?

[47

post-884","question","type-question","status-publish","hentry","question-category-hardware
["GET
