A chat with HP support was unsuccessful in solving my problem. If I could just find the software for the recovery manager itself so I could get it to open, then I can access the particular software installation files. OR if I could make the files on my D: drive visible I might be able to get those installation files myself. I am stuck and would appreciate any assist.
