I have not done any BIOS updates or anything. It&#8217;s an HP G62-339wm and I have had it for about 2 1\/2 years. I have seen posts where they say it has to be taken to a support center and all that jazz, but it is out of warranty and I am not paying for it. I have also see posts where people have been able to fix it themselves&#8230;so that is what I am hoping for&#8230;.Help?
