My laptop can access the network, but my desktop can&#8217;t. In desktop device manager, the Microsoft tercedo tunneling adapter has a yellow marker on it. I reinstalled the driver for it, but no change. I selected it again and clicked on top action button, selected add legacy hardware, choose network adapters, clicked on microsoft, chose the tercedo tunneling adapter, and reinstalled it. Now I have 2 tunneling adapters with yellow marks. I also had message that said adapter reinstalled, but won&#8217;t start.
