The beep is one long beep (maybe 4 secs), and loops over and over. I scoured various forums and whatnot, and the only thing I came up with is that it may be a memory error?<br \/>\nThis would make sense, as I left my computer to download torrents which probably took up all the space on my C drive (stupid I know.) So the first time I switched it back on, windows would load for about a second and then go to the ‘user select’ screen. When I tried to log in the same thing would happen over and over. So I ried to load windows in safe mode but no love, so after much frustrations I turned it off. Now the above problem is happening. What would be my best course of action?<br \/>\nAny help would be most appreciated.. bearing in mind I’m not exactly a whiz at computers.<br \/>\nKind regards!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"iawp_total_views":9},"question-category":[76],"question_tags":[],"class_list":["post-5655","question","type-question","status-publish","hentry","question-category-windows-xp"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/computing.net\/answers\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/question\/5655","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/computing.net\/answers\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/question"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/computing.net\/answers\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/question"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/computing.net\/answers\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/computing.net\/answers\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=5655"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/computing.net\/answers\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5655"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"question-category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/computing.net\/answers\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/question-category?post=5655"},{"taxonomy":"question_tags","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/computing.net\/answers\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/question_tags?post=5655"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
