Hi!<\/p>\n

I’m currently studying PC Engineering and had the task of researching the difference between Single Sided and Double Sided RAM. I stumbled upon this post –\u00a0https:\/\/computing.net\/answers\/ha…<\/a>\u00a0– where I think I grasped basic concepts of both. When I scrolled down I found that the comments disagreed with the OP – so now i’m kind of confused as to whether the information I gathered was correct or not? Is the following concept accurate:<\/p>\n

Single Sided RAM can contain chips on only one side of the RAM stick, which is faster than trying to access chips on both sides of the RAM stick?<\/p>\n

If this is wrong can someone link me to a post or just explain it to me please? Some of the information in the comments on that post were a bit confusing (such as Ranking?) so a break down would be SO helpful.<\/p>\n
