Only is a ripjawsX and other is a value ram.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A friend has the same Gigabyte combo G41M mobo as me but with core 2 quad processor while I have core 2 duo processor.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;His CPU&#8217;s fsb is 1333 Mhz while mine is 1066 Mhz.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now I tried the ripjawsX ram on my mobo but it didn&#8217;t work(another thread I made for that). &lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But my friend is using the Value ram on his mobo and it is working fine without tweaking any bios settings.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Is it because of my CPU&#8217;s 1066 fsb that a 1333 Mhz ram is not working?
