It is a Compaq Presario V2000. As of late the USB port on the left next to the lan and modem connections has stopped working. Whenever I push my flash-drive into it, the computer just freezes til I take it out. When I place other USB connections devices in it the computer doesn&#8217;t freezes but just doesn&#8217;t see them. I have done malware, antivirus and spyware scans. What do you think can be causing this or any thoughts on how I can resolve this.
