{"id":4586,"date":"2021-11-11T05:10:00","date_gmt":"2021-11-11T05:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lgildv5i97.onrocket.site\/answers\/?post_type=question&#038;p=4586"},"modified":"2021-11-11T05:20:54","modified_gmt":"2021-11-11T05:20:54","slug":"2-routers-different-dns-to-fake-location-to-watch-movies","status":"publish","type":"question","link":"https:\/\/computing.net\/answers\/networking\/2-routers-different-dns-to-fake-location-to-watch-movies\/50351.html","title":{"rendered":"2 Routers Different DNS To Fake Location To Watch Movies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi<br \/>\nHave a look at the diagram showing my router\/modem setup here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20151215233603\/http:\/\/screencast.com\/t\/TYtzQf1qLAs.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">http:\/\/screencast.com\/t\/TYtzQf1qLAs.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not sure the proper terminology or how to say this but I would like Router A to broadcast 1 IP and and Router B to broadcast another.<\/p>\n<p>For &#8220;business&#8221; reasons I need my &#8220;normal&#8221; IP on router A and for &#8220;pleasure&#8221; reasons, I want to have different DNS on router b.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m in canada and I&#8217;m using a DNS service to make it appear like I&#8217;m from the US&#8230; however, I only want router B to do this.<\/p>\n<p>Possible?<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;DNS Service&#8221; is a service that asks me to change my DNS entries on my router so that I can appear to be surfing from the US.
