Kies prompted for updates and it took 3 attempts for it to say it was updating but with no visible progress on the screen. Every time I then tried to open Kies from desktop icon a message said it was updating and so couldn&#8217;t run. I subsequently uninstalled it and when i restarted the computer I had the message to run masetupcleaner.exe which I denied. I have read a few comments when I searched about this and none seem very reassuring or clear about what it is or even why it is.
