It wasn&#8217;t until today (Friday 3-13), the icon came up. In between updates, I try to locate windows update after it says it&#8217;s turned off, and you need to restart the computer. I restarted, same message comes back up. Also, in windows update screen, the part about &#8220;Find out more about free software from (null)&#8221; is what it says. And, it shows &#8220;Updates were installed: Never&#8221; (updates were done last week) I go to Administrative Tools under Services; It is not there in the list. AND, also, there is no option to select: Stop, Start, etc. any of the services.<br \/>\nI bought this laptop I think about 3 years ago, (used it to play games), so until 1 1\/2 weeks ago it was never online to know if it was like this when I bought it, it was not an issue. warranty be out on it by now.
