There are multiple entires for each year, from 1976 to 2006.  However, the number of entries per year varies.  I want my output to have one column per year, and then the rows to look something like:<\/p>\n<p>29, 571 <br \/>148, 187<br \/>156, 3<br \/>307, 205<\/p>\n<p>Then within the table, I want the last number (in column 4).
