I have scoured the internet for hours upon hours, trying various programs out, and I can&#8217;t find a program for my needs.<\/p>\n<p>I am helping a friend out, and he wants his son (who has a computer running Windows XP) to have some time limits on the computer. He is being home schooled, so he legitimately needs the computer during the day.<\/p>\n<p>I am looking for a program that will allow him &#8220;free&#8221; access up until 3pm, and then have a &#8220;budget&#8221; (daily quota) of 2 hours after 3pm.<\/p>\n<p>So far, I can only find programs that either have a specific time window, OR a daily quota. I want a daily quota where I can specify when the daily quota begins.<\/p>\n<p>Is there ANYTHING out there?
