How can I fix this? I was trying to figure out how to see all four cameras on a CCTV monitor, and the directions for this DVR are very skimpy. I’m getting a blue box that states signal out of range and nothing else \u2013 \u2013 I can’t get any kind of menu. In the general settings area, I selected the highest setting for video playback because the video quality was not great, and now I can’t get the menu to come back so I can change it. I don’t know what operating system it’s on, the unit is from China and there are no phone numbers or proper websites to where I can get customer service. The only information I have is that the company name is xmeye (they provide web link http:\/\/xmeye.net<\/a> and variations on that but nothing takes me to a useful place. It says there’s a CD in the box but there wasn’t. I know I need to undo what I did but I don’t know how to access it as it’s just a monitor and this DVR unit and now that the menu is gone I don’t know how I can change this. I’ve searched the Internet for user manuals and can’t come up with one, I’ve looked for places that I can contact to talk to someone although the unit’s from China so I don’t know if that would do any good either. I don’t know if there’s a hard reset button on the unit or not, and if it would be harmful to press that? I know I made a mistake, but with no way to reach any customer service, I don’t know how to fix it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Obviously I’m not a computer tech person so I need simple and clear instructions please. I also do not know what operating system it’s on. It just says on a sticker on the box: system: PAL and Power DC 12 V 2A and a website for P2P (http:\/\/www.xmeye.net\/) and a UPC barcode 20141007000891.
