I&#8217;m just noticing something weird. I opened up Resource Monitor and it shows me for my CPU usage and max frequency. CPU usage is around 10%. It only makes sense to me the maximum frequency should be 100%. But some reason it keeps on showing 102%-110% and it keeps bobbing around higher than 100%. Only thing I think of when I see a CPU using over 100% of it&#8217;s frequency is overclocking, but this is a brand new laptop that I haven&#8217;t done anything to monkey with the CPU to overclock it.
