I have tried connecting a working external monitor and nothing shows on the external monitor. I have tried powering the laptop on battery, and connected to AC with&amp; without battery, but display still does not change from black screen. Has anyone seen this problem before and\/or have any idea what is wrong? I&#8217;m guessing the display is bad.
