Tell you what I&#8217;m cheaply trying to do is I have a home stereo with Ethernet port on the back. Want to hook it to desktop to either play internet music on stereo directly (use PC as router because it&#8217;s wireless), or use the stereo for watching movies. Now I already have a 3.5mm headphone jack to RCA Connector From PC to stereo but not able to use complete control\/functions of Realtek audio panel. Anyway I think I need a crossover cable (right?) but will the above first mentioned cable act like a crossover cable? Looked on the net but can&#8217;t find any info on the usb cable. Buying a C\/O cable is too much. Am I going in the right direction or walking backwards?
