The toggle switch in settings disappeared and the Bluetooth device in device manager has a small triangle on it.<\/p>\n<p>I tried to reinstall the drivers and it says &#8220;The drivers are not intended for this platform&#8221; while it clearly states on the Intel website that those drivers are for 64bit windows 10.<\/p>\n<p>Yes! the Bluetooth chip in my laptop is from Intel and I am 100% sure that I am using the right driver files.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the device ID: USB\\VID_8087&amp;PID;_07DC&amp;REV;_0001<\/p>\n<p>I do not understand how can this happen that suddenly windows just discards the drivers it was previously using and was working fine.
