When trying to install the driver from cd, the install kept crashing. Went to their support site and downloaded the zip file directly. After unzipping and clicking on the .exe file, InstallShield starts to run but then the window minimizes and it seems as though the install stalls. It is still listed as a running application in the Control Panel but it never installs the driver.
