{"id":115,"date":"2021-09-03T01:59:08","date_gmt":"2021-09-03T01:59:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lgildv5i97.onrocket.site\/answers\/hardware-cant-install-dvd-rrw-driver-60310-html"},"modified":"2021-09-03T03:05:45","modified_gmt":"2021-09-03T03:05:45","slug":"hardware-cant-install-dvd-rrw-driver-60310-html","status":"publish","type":"question","link":"https:\/\/computing.net\/answers\/hardware\/cant-install-dvd-rrw-driver\/60310.html","title":{"rendered":"Can&#8217;t install DVD R\/RW driver"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I have a Dell Inspiron 1300 laptop and I recently had to reformat.<\/p>\n<p>I have managed to reinstall all drivers apart from the driver for the DVD R\/RW drive.<\/p>\n<p>My Dell has a NEC ND-6650A DVD R\/RW drive and I have successfully downloaded the correct driver for the system &#8211; however whenever I execute the file to install the driver I get the error:<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Target NEC ND-6650A is not found correctly&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>I have tried downloading the driver from a variety of sources, but all drivers deliver the same error message!<\/p>\n<p>Help!
