Yesterday my computer had a major crasch and I couldnt get it to<\/p>\n
start as it couldnt find my keyboard. Ive been using the W7 version<\/p>\n
but I was gonna formate it to XP again due to the problem. So I HAD<\/p>\n
TO use the “repair” choice as I couldnt select the other as my<\/p>\n
keyboard wasnt responding at all..<\/p>\n
Everytime it failed to repair the problem and I couldnt enter BIOS as<\/p>\n
it didnt detect my keyboard at all. However, while I was in advanced<\/p>\n
mode after repair failed, it worked which was way odd. I tried the<\/p>\n
repair about 30 times with failure at the end everytime.<\/p>\n
I tried system restore using 3 different points at least a dussin<\/p>\n
time each with no success at all.<\/p>\n
So in the end I had to use CMD and I got it to format. Once it was<\/p>\n
done I restarted, but I still had the same “Keyboard not detected”<\/p>\n
and then I got “BootMGR is missing”
\n“Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart”.<\/p>\n
I dont know what could be wrong as the keyboard worked after I got<\/p>\n
into the repair mode and in cmd.
\nBut not in the startup to get into bios. I’ve tried with both PS2<\/p>\n
Keyboard and USB and USB through PS2 switch, with and without my<\/p>\n
mouse, nothing works.<\/p>\n
What could be wrong? Could it be
\nthe mothercard or the Hard Drive?
\nWhat should I do to get this fixed?<\/p>\n
