Everything works fine until I use sleep mode. The computer will only wake using the power button, and I am unable to use the mouse or keyboard at the lock screen. If I plug a spare mouse directly into the Dell, it works, but then I have to log into the guest account and reboot to get the KVM back online.

I have tried two different KVM switches, first an old Master View CS-104U, the an Iogear GCS632U. Same problem persists with both. In the past, I think this problem only occurred when I manually put the Dell to sleep, but now it happens after auto sleep too.

What can I do?

[47

post-10752","question","type-question","status-publish","hentry","question-category-hardware
["GET
