They are active websites that can be opened in a browser that I can copy &amp; paste to open. When I clink on a link in a doc it comes up with a new window that says &#8220;This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.&#8221; Some links when I click to open just don&#8217;t do anything even when I do control &amp; click or &#8216;open hyperlink&#8217;. This is a personal laptop and I can&#8217;t think of any changes I may have made that would cause this to happen.
