If you are referring to being able to access a network folder on a computer or server from the printer panel then it is a network issue. This might be a Windows Update on the server or computer that the folder resides on. This might need the printers to have the network access password added or updated or the access level read/write corrected on the machine hosting the folder or of the folder itself (check share settings on that machine and folder).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Was the monitor powered on before you got there ? If yes, why ?

“My computer workd fine with other monitors.”

If that’s supposed to be “My computer works fine with other monitors”
as in, it works fine with other monitors NOW, the Samsung monitor is defective, if you’re plugging the other monitors into the same video port.
    .
If it’s still under warranty, if it’s your responsibility, take it to a local place that is authorized to repair Samsung products.

If it’s NOT still under warranty, take it there anyway and get an estimate. In some cases it’s relatively inexpensive to fix it.

E.g. A friend’s older LG LCD model did that – I opened it up and took a look, found a failed capacitor – I replaced two made by the same brand with high quailty ones – parts less than 10 bucks.

    …..

Try the 4890 with a different computer that has at least a 500 watt PS – if the original PS damaged it while failing, it won’t work with another computer either.
    …..

The Ultra LSP550 has two PCI-E 6 pin (male) connectors for graphics card power

Does the Ultra Raptor 500 have two of those ?

In any case, DO NOT use a PCI-E 6 pin Y wiring adapter cable – a female to two male connectors – with the 4890, or any graphcs card that has two power sockets – that won’t supply enough current.
Use two built into the PS wiring PCI-E 6 pin connectors, or when the power supply wiring has only one, get yourself a dual molex 4 pin to to one PCI-E 6 pin Y wiring adapter for the second power socket on the card. Dual molex (male pins), as in, they plug into two spare larger (female pins) molex drive power connectors from the PS, to a PCI-E 6 pin (male connector).
