Solved Epson XP 340 Is Not Printing Black

My Epson XP 340 is not printing black. I have replaced the cartridges with Epson brand and still no luck. I have cleaned the heads, but it still does not work. The original ink cartridges worked fine,

      Sometimes a badly clogged print head needs to be cleaned 4 or 5 times.
      If that does not work, the print heads may need replacing. In many cases this is more expensive than a new printer. There is also the possibility that the cartridge is empty and not reading correctly OR the electrical contacts between the cartridge and the printer need cleaning because some ink leaked out. Use rubbing alcohol and Q-Tips to clean.

      You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
