How To Restore Acer Laptop To Factory Setting

I’m having problems with my Acer Aspire 5735 when booting up (system32 file) and i want to know how to restore to factory settings. i dont have the acer recovery management software on it and alt +f10 doesnt seem to work (?)

    1. Does it have a Recovery Partition on it? If yes, or not sure, do this:

      Turn laptop on.
      At Acer splash-screen, press and hold Alt + F10 keys together.
      Recovery options should appear.
      If nothing happens, you don’t have a Recovery Partition.
      You will have to contact Acer and order a recovery disc from them. You will have to pay for it. In UK, call Acer Customer Services on 08455 191 523
