Belkin N600 Wireless Dual-Band N+ Router Not Working

belkin setup/router monitor has stopped working i have made sure all cables are plugged in and everytime we boot up this is the messgae we get
we have uninstalled it and reinstalled it… and we still get the same message

      This is the manual for your router; not on page 6-7 there a reference to indicator lights… What colours are showing on your router?

      Does the router work at all – as in using ethernet/cat-5 cable connection rather than wifi option?

    2. Try resetting the router by using the reset button on the back. Also, keeping the firmware up to date is very important. See pages 38 thru 48 of the manual:
