it came preconfigured I made the recovery discs I tried booting in safe mode if that is pressing and holding the shift button per tech support and the same thing happens preparing automatic repaircheck support was supposed to call me back in 20 minutes I never did I guess India’s phone lines went down hahathey don’t have a clue
