Solved No Video Input 1366×768@60hz

no video input,changs to1366x768@60hz says the message on my new monitor when I start my p.c. How do you do that when your old monitor does not work?

      Tap the F8 key at bootup, select VGA mode. That will get you into Windows, then you can set the screen resolution to whatever is correct for your monitor.
