Can Not Open WAV File For Voice Mail

I can not open WAV file for voice mail from my Magic Jack phone. The files come in as an attachment to an email. They are named msg0007.WAV. When I click an the file it opens HP music. But it does not play the file.

    1. Right click on it and see if there is a different suggested player. Windows media player, sound player etc.
