My mother just got a used laptop from my sister and what came with it was a great deal of home movies. She really would like to see the movies but she is complaining about the small laptop screen and as her television only has an AV port (nothing really newer) I bought her a USB to RV cord.
However, even after trying the connection on my own pc, nothing was autoinstalled and the television even on the right setting shows nothing. If there is a driver for this connection as I believe that that is the problem, where can I find it.
She is on a Windows XP while I am on Windows 8 and both PCs are having the same conflict. Please help, I checked all the cables and they are correctly installed (I checked three times to be honest.) and I truly believe that a lack of drivers for the USB is the cause.
Please, if drivers for just simple cords exist since one end is an USB one, where can I find the drivers. To finish, these cords came in the mail and there is no name from either the company or the cords so I can’t really look at the manufacturing site.
