Hi
im having trouble printing on labels from my hp laserjet p1102w with windows 7
the template provided on the site is supposed to be the right one for the labels i bought however the person i spoke to from the labels company has said it must be my printer settings.
he said to change the scaling paper paper to -no scaling,paper size-to fit actual size.
ive done this and still the labels are all over the place.
i have even tried moving the whole template to one side so the text fits but as you go down the page,the labels are a mess again.
can anyone help
this has already been a nightmare to work out.
with all this wireless technology,cant the printer sort the settings out for my lables 🙁

i managed to solve the problem
thank God!v the labels suppliers told me to go to printer properties and where it says “scale paper to size” he advised i select no scaling,this didnt work however when i scaled paper to size,instead of no scaling,i selected A4.
it was so obvious all along,i was misinformed by the supplier somehow,but i should have used my own common sense
I didnt install the driver because there was no problem with the current driver,it had to be the printer and now its done.
