Problems With The KMPlayer

I tried to install the KMPlayer for windows 7 using recommended settings to play .mkv and .flv file types but when trying to open a video it takes 30 seconds and after opening for 5 seconds the screen elements (play , pause ,etc) cannot be clicked. then this error message appears:
“Access violation at address 0411867D in module ‘gen_ml.dll’.read of address 00000028.”clicking ok will make it go away and the video plays and the message “class not registered”will appear and KMP closes.My friends have KMP on windows 7 and have no problem.I installed it with and without the SDK(Software development Kit) but i still have problems.hlep?

    1. The solution is: Delete that particular ‘gen_ml.dll’ file which will be of no use to you anyway. Go to C:\Program Files\The KMPlayer\PlugIns and inside the PlugIns folder you will find the file named ‘gen_ml.dll’ . Delete that dll file. That’s It. Now KM Player should pose no problem for you all.
