Remove Quarantined Virus In Trend Micro OfficeScan

How do I remove the virus that is quarantined in Trend Micro OfficeScan. They are located in C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\OfficeScan Client\Suspect
Is it safe to delete them?

    1. Yes delete them. They are quarantined instead of being deleted in case any of them are “false positives” (incorrectly identified as malware) and you need to retrieve it.
      If you know you don’t need them, delete them.
