I just used my Camera to take several pictures outdoors, to make a report. Now that I’m back at my desk top, the camera won’t come alive and allow my pictures to be transferred to my desk top. The green light on the back is flashing, but no life? can you help me?

I had a similar issue with an older model Nikon. The first thing to do is remove the memory card so you don’t damage it (you should be able to get your pictures direct from it by the way – many laptops have a compatible card slot) then try plugging in the power adapter whilst holding down the power button for a few seconds. If it won’t power on after this then there is no way to reset it I’m afraid and returning it as faulty may be the only option.
