Rapport Console Won’t Come Up

Hi, my Rapport Console won’t come up. I get an icon on the tool bar at the bottom of my screen. But when I click on it, all I get is an arrow. When I click on the arrow, nothing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice. It works for a while, then stops again. Anyone have any ideas?

    1. Check your settings & make sure it is running.
      Make sure you choose either 32 or 64bit.
