OK, that’s an older CPU (2009) & uses the socket LGA775. Here’s the CPU specs:

Socket 775 boards aren’t all that common anymore because Intel has moved on. Since you want integrated graphics, look for a board based on the Intel G45 or G43 or G41 chipset. The G45 is best & includes GMA X4500HD graphics & is usually paired up with the ICH10 southbridge chipset. The G43 & G41 have GMA X4500 graphics but the G43 is usually paired up with an ICH10 southbridge while the G41 is usually paired up with the ICH7 southbridge.
I don’t think you’ll find any of these boards with USB3.0 support, but as ijack said, you can always add a USB3.0 card.
GTX750Ti to the GTX960, less and you will not keep up and more and the CPU will not keep up.

Your CPU is fairly far down on the list, consider a fresh start with a complete new build and a more modern CPU, something in the Core i3 or Core i5 of the 4th or 5th generation.
You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
If you’re going to install a video card, you don’t necessarily need a motherboard with integrated graphics. If that’s the case, you should consider a board based on the Intel P43 or P45. And just so you know, 2GB RAM isn’t enough for decent gaming. 4GB is the minimum but it would be better to have a 64-bit version of Windows & 8GB RAM.
I can’t pick a board for you, you’re going to have to do some research. Gigabyte lists 26 boards based on the P45 & 13 based on the P43, but not all support DDR3 memory.

If you prefer Asus, ASRock, Biostar, MSI, etc, you’ll have to check their websites to see what they have to offer. Once you come up with a few boards that interest you, search for some reviews to see if they have any issues. Then you’ll have to see if anyone still has them available.
