Solved how do i download my norton i have key code

I bought my Norton at Wal-Mart I am trying to down load it I have key code but cant find where I can download it the dvd was very easy to download this one is getting on my nerves I am not computer smart but this should be simple can I get some help here I hope this ios over a hundred letters HELP//////

    1. This post covers the same issue… It includes an assortment of links etc. all to do with the problem of downloading Norton.

      Quite why this is such a palaver is beyond most of us here… Equally why Walmart and other vendors don’t provide adequate (complete) instructions is also beyond most of us here.

      As you will see in the post linked below, there are several excellent and “free” anti virus utilities around; and which are well recommended, easy to acquire/install… Also they do not hog the system resources of one’s computer (unlike Norton…).

      You might consider one of the freebies, and secure a refund for the Norton package, if possible, from Walmart?
