How Do I Enable Disk Controller In Bios

i tried to install windows 7 in my pc which was running on windows 8. I formatted the C drive and tried to install but its showing an error that the disk controller is not enabled and cannot be installed because of GPT partition style..please help

    1. You’re doing it incorrectly. Win7 & Win8 are different. You have to delete ALL partitions, create one or more new ones, format, then install Win7. It can all be done using the Win7 disc.
