Solved My Yahoo Favorites is gone. How do I get it back?

Installed Windows Seven with updates and the Favorites List is gone – how do I get it back? after the updates phase was completed, the list of favorites disappeared and I see nothing on my Yahoo Home Page that could restore the list. How can I get it back?

    1. Internet Explorer Favourites, I guess? Y/N?

      1. Is this a fresh/brand new install of Win7,
      2. a reinstallation of Win7, or,
      3. Have you just updated it?

      If a resh/new install. did you you save your faves from the previous installation?
      (you can copy these over to IE in the new install)

      If a reinstall, Look in your C drive for a ‘Windows Old’ folder’. If it’s there, you should find your Faves in Users/’your named folder’.
      (again you can copy them over to IE).

      If you just updated Win7, there’s a possibility IE was upgraded to version IE11.
      If so it may be elements of the toolbar are hidden – including the Favourites bar
      (assuming you used this).
      You can show these by right-clicking on a blank area at the very top of IE.
      Place ticks in the following boxes: Favourites Bar, Command Bar, Status Bar.
