I brought a INTEX 2.0 USB TV tuner(IT 200) for my laptop.I installed the driver but when i installed the software (Honestech 2.5) and after entering the key provided alongwith the installation CD it shows a message “could not initialize the capture device”. I have tried several times by uninstalling and installing the software but it again shows the same message. Kindly help!

It’s possible that this is a fairly common problem, and that the newest version of the driver includes a fix for it.
Have you tried a different USB port?
Have you tried the device on another computer?
You might be able to find a more specific reason why the device isn’t working:
Start > Control Panel > System & Maintenance > Device Manager
Just click on the device, and find the Device Status section under Properties. What does it say?
