Solved Time Restriction Budget Software

I am at a loss. I have scoured the internet for hours upon hours, trying various programs out, and I can’t find a program for my needs.

I am helping a friend out, and he wants his son (who has a computer running Windows XP) to have some time limits on the computer. He is being home schooled, so he legitimately needs the computer during the day.

I am looking for a program that will allow him “free” access up until 3pm, and then have a “budget” (daily quota) of 2 hours after 3pm.

So far, I can only find programs that either have a specific time window, OR a daily quota. I want a daily quota where I can specify when the daily quota begins.

Is there ANYTHING out there? And on top of that, will it work with Windows XP?
