Help With Gateway Ping Failure

i cannot connect to my network with my samsung 6300t blu ray player it has built in wi fi so i guess no need for anything else to get it going..when i do a wireless test on blu ray it all goes well til the gateway fails everytime..any ideas what this is all about?

      crackermantim, I’m one of Samsung tech guys, frankly speaking, firmware upgrade is nothing but waste of time for internet resolutions.

      If you get a gateway ping failure let me ask you are you trying with an Ethernet cable or Wireless LAN adapter? if with the adapter whats the model? is it WIS09ABGN or is it WIS01ABGN?

      When you try to connect and enter your wireless password (If any) do you get an error message? something like physical connection established but cannot connect?
