Solved 750w Psu Enough For RTX 3080 And Ryzen 9 3900xt?

So im currently upgrading and bought a 3900xt.
I already have a 750w gold + power supply, however i dont understand wheter it will be enough

I will be using
ryzen 9 3900xt
atx motherboard
rtx 3080
dark rock pro 4 cooler
5 case fans
2 m.2 nvme ssd’s
(monitor, keyboard and mouse ofcourse)

Is a 750w power supply sufficient for this?
Since i cannot quite understand if the 105tdp of the 3900xt is the max wattage or what it means (since i have seen reviews where it draw 200w)

      The card pulls a max of 320W under load; the CPU is rated at 105W. The other items draw very little power. Nvidia recommends a 750W PSU when paired with an Intel Core i9-10900K which is rated at 125W.
