Hello guys if you had changed mother board battery and got back screen then follow this steps, 1,Just unplug all ssd & Hard disk from motherboard and insert new cmos battery and start computer, then u got BIOS settings on screen and continue with resets bios and Just have to change time and date,done!!! If my opinion Help plz comment.

Your instructions are incorrect. There is no need to “unplug all ssd & Hard disk from motherboard”. The system should be completely shut down & the power cord should be unplugged from the power supply. If the cord isn’t unplugged, there is still power going to the board. After unplugging the power, THEN change the battery.
Once the new battery is in place & the system is powered on, “change time and date” is not all that needs to be done. There are many other BIOS settings that should be checked & adjusted as needed. Loading BIOS defaults will not give the best performance settings, it’s just a starting point.
