Dell Inspiron One 2305 Power Light Steady, Solid Orange/Ambe

When you press the power button..the power light is a steady orange. The screen looks as if it will turn on like normal…but fails. I have tied to unplug the power cable. Nothing. What could it be? Also…my desktop computer has no warranty.Thanks in advance. All help is appreciated
