Solved Why Part Of The Right Side Of Laptop Screen Not Accessible?

I can see icons on the screen, and the screen looks normal (not black lines or anything…), but I cannot click on part of the right handside icons. The same happens when I have a browser page open: if it goes full page, I cannot use the scroll down-up bar when this is on that particular side of the screen…
