How Do L Install Net.Framework V4.0.30319 On My Windows 7

I’m unable to download and install net framework v4.0.30319 on my pc.what do l have to do to solve this problem ? please l really need your help

    1. The easiest way is to manually open Windows Update (Start>All Programs>Windows Update), scan for updates and after installing all required updates, look at optional updates and you should find it in the list. Just select it, chose OK, and install updates again.
      You can also go to Microsoft.com and search for .net framework to find the download but I find the first is easier.

      You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
