I have tried to surpass this error 0xE0000247 but it keeps reappearing every time i try to install realtek hd audio. Also, there are two HD audio devices when i browse my computer’s device manager.
Please, help me.

Try uninstalling all audio devices (AUDIO DEVICES ONLY) in the device manager by opening Device Manager (search it in your start menu) and expanding sound video and game controllers.
Then try searching in Google “[your PC manufacturer and model number] drivers”. Find realtek HD audio in the list and download then install that!
